General Liability: Provides various limits of liability up to $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 per aggregate
Umbrella: Up to $5,000,000

President
John has been an industry leader in the Specialty Insurance Program space since 1988 and has been successful in identifying markets that are under served. John has been granted underwriting authority from multiple carriers on GL/ Umbrella of limits up to $10mm and property limits of up to $200mm. John will actively oversee the application and underwriting process to assure conformity of underwriting guidelines and processes. John has been successful in adding value added services to specialty programs by having Loss Control Inspectors whom he has trained for each particular market segment thus identifying the best insureds for his Programs.

Compliance and Systems strong experience and a 15+ year history with Safehold Special Risk (fka Britt Paulk Insurance) as a compliance and agent relations manager, working across the many Program Specialty lines offered.
